Firstly, I get some idea about the hope. Then I try to drawing a metaphor of hope like the hand in below image. However, I find that is little bit of boring and unclear, there are only one object. Later, I add one more object which is the ball. A ball is represent for a important thing which is trying to save by the hand.
Because, the illustrate is about the feeling, both of hand and circle are organic shape. The balance is symmetrical.

Finally, I edit with effects in the photoshop.
